ProTube — Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the ProTube application (“ProTube”, “the app”). By downloading or using ProTube, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

ProTube is a lightweight video player and web browser for Android that lets you watch web videos in a clean, full-screen player, with tools such as a floating mini-player, playback speed, captions, sleep timer, and autoplay.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ProTube for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the app or its security;
• Use the app to infringe the rights of any third party.

4. Third-party services and content

ProTube lets you access websites, videos, and services operated by third parties. ProTube is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform. All third-party content, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners. When you use third-party services through ProTube, you are also subject to those services’ own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them.

5. Advertising

ProTube is supported by ads (Google AdMob). By using the app, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data.

6. Intellectual property

The ProTube app, its name, and its design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

ProTube is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We do not control third-party content and do not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app or any third-party content accessed through it.

9. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the app, or update these Terms, at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
